Really? On first viewing I thought Chris Cookie Coleman had taken the day off from being an out-of-work football manager :D

We've been rumbled...
Anyone going to LOSC (Leyton Orient Supporters Club) beer festival next week? 03-04March, 17:00-23:00.
As the perennial CotY it has long been on my list but remains unvisited. I hope to remedy that on Thursday, probably after a few £1.99ers at William IV.
I note it is the day after their reply at Arsenal, so some in attendance might be drinking heavily, one way or another...
I had considered going but it clashes with the Grape and Grain festival in Crystal Palace. There is quite a lot on their beer list that takes my fancy, so regretably I'll be giving LOSC a miss.

I may but I have to juggle a few dates. I'll let you know.

I thought the LOSC Piglet was very well done, and all £2.60 per pint (list att'd). Not my usual style but the Acorn Old Moor Porter dragged me back for more. And a note reminds me that someone told me of another pub to look out for whenever I get back to Ipswich - St Jude's Brewery Tavern.
LOSC was preceded by the ever splendid William IV where my favourite, this time, was Brodie's Kiwi. As well as their own range, they also had guests - Alton Pride, Rudgate Jorvic Blonde, & Tring SPfaT - also at just £1.99! Fantastic.
