The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills published the first part of their consultation document in respect of the proposed "market rent option" (MRO) for tied pubco lessees today. Here it is. I wrote about MRO last year when Parliament voted to introduce it, so that's a starting point if you're not sure what this is all about.
