The Commercial Inn (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/6274/) and The Burlington Inn (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/64489/) are one and the same. According to the Google maps street view (http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?q=LA18+5BL&hl=en&ll=54.231499,-3.181615&spn=0.006522,0.027595&sll=54.207499,-3.259699&sspn=0.000905,0.001725&vpsrc=6&hnear=Millom+LA18+5BL,+United+Kingdom&t=h&z=15&layer=c&cbll=54.23149,-3.181626&panoid=Z3tWPhMwzzpy_HiA8f3Juw&cbp=11,264.68,,0,-4.76), the latter is the more recent name, but we have a photo on the former's page, so I suggest deleting the Burlington and renaming the Commercial.
