Are Google images allowed

Hi Conrad/ Admins,

I have just added a photo of the Three Crowns in Bulwell Nottingham and there was already one photo of this pub on its page but this photo had a Google

logo on it,is this allowed or has this photo slipped through the net.

Definitely not allowed and now removed.
