Hessle changes

A few changes in Hessle (East Yorks):

Mac & Mets (58361) is now The Corner Bar
No 3 (69486) is actually called the Weir Bar & Grill, although lacks much branding outside, apart from the street number...
The Top House (58356) is currently undergoing a major refurbishment - probably not worth marking as closed as seems nearly complete.

By the way, it's pronounced "Hezzle"!
