The Y Not Bar & Grill (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/68746/) should have a hyphen between the Y and the Not, thus: Y-Not. (See photo (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubpictures/68746/) for confirmation.) This will presumably prevent it appearing on the Thurso page (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/towns/thurso/highland/) as "Not Bar & Grill, Y". :)
