Had a pint of Mansfield Old Baily at a Marstons pub earlier on, and noted that the pump clip described it as a "Strong Bitter" (as you can just about see in the only picture I can find on the 'net).

Then looked a bit closer (under the judge) to see that the quoted strength (in much smaller text) was 3.9% (as opposed to the original 4.8%).

What! Strong beer at 3.9%?

Looking at the less than helpful Marston's website, there's no mention of Old Baily. However, they don't seem to be brewing anything over 3.9% under the Mansfield brand. Regarding the pump clip, it's very lazy / cheeky to cling to the old reputation as an ESB. Following their current logic, if they brew something over 5% they'll be labelling it as Tactical Nuclear Bitter!
