I've been banging on about how much beer (relatively) Scottish brewers exported. While here's some proof.

My apologies for the missing numbers. Some are proving tricky to track down. The ones that are there do tell a story. Basically that Scottish brewers were exporting proportionally about twice as much beer as their English colleagues.
