My vote would be the seasonal St Peter's Green Hop, found at the (in)famous Coach & Horses (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/22213/) in Soho which is now a Fullers pub (although it has not been branded as such yet).

Not a bad week this week aided by a spot of boating and a couple of samples at The Merchants Inn (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/57333/) beer festival.
Runners and riders:
Oakham Bishops Farewell
Chocolate Marble
Front Street Callum's Ale
Tryst Raj IPA
Wold Brewery Wold's Gold
Fuller's London Porter
TT Landlord
Jennings Cumberland
Tring Side Pocket
Acorn Scorachi IPA
Bingham Space Hoppy IPA

Much to commend here with all the IPA's being excellent, the Bishops, as ever tremendous and Callum's Ale also very good. BOTW goes to Acorn Scorachi IPA and this must be good as for the first time, for me, it's beaten an ale from those gifted magicians at Marble.

Good Yorkshire week for me:
Copper Dragon-Golden Pippin-ubiquitous and comforting
Great Newsome-Sleck Dust-decent session beer
Hambleton-Stallion-malty but undistinguished
Hambleton-Headless Horseman-not as crass as it sounded, pale and full of citrus
Theakston-Lightfoot-floral and tastey, not at all bad
Theakston-Old Peculier-wonderful
Wold Top-Falling Stone-towards the end of the barrell
Ossett-Silver King-wonderful again
Tetley Bitter-out of curiusity-dull
Black Sheep Best-to show no hard feelings.
My BOTW-Ossett Silver King (probably),ask me tomorrow I could well say Lightfoot.
Well, thats my beer drinking for some considerable while...

A solid week's drinking with two outstanding IPA's in the mix,Mr Phat got there first with Acorn Scorachi IPA so I will nominate my BOTW as Bingham's Space Hoppy IPA served in good nick in the Rose and Crown,Slough.

This coming week should be interesting, just hope I can remember what I have supped at the PuG meet up in Nottingham :nishelypished:

An excellent week of aleing with many goodies to choose from. Sampled Fullers new Black Cab Stout at the Star in Belgravia (amazingly my first visit to this highly acclaimed pub) which was excellent. Managed to down 14 beers during a day in Salisbury with Hop Back Taiphoon at the Wyndham and Downton Quadhop at Qudos (formerly the White Horse - it's better than it sounds!) being the pick. Even my local 'Spoons had some good local ales from Kent and Wantsum breweries. Several worthy BotW's but all were trumped by my main local pub, the Ivy leaf, who had a special beer called Arctic Citra brewed at Hopdeamon by one of the locals who also happens to run the local Working Mans Club (itself a Real Ale stronghold and regular Club of the Year winner). Not sure how widely it will be available but if it's a one off brew, it will be a shame - deserves a wider audience.

My BotW was Moorhouse Witches Red at the fantastic Wyndham in Salisbury.

The Thornbridge Brother Rabbit at the Kings Head in Salisbury ran it very close though.

Only managed a few leftover beers from the Spoon's festival this week, the best of which was the RCH Firey Liz.

Well no surprise here. I'm going for Green Mill Old Gits.

Light, Hoppy 4.2% and may never be available again unless we can persuade the guys to brew it again.

Crown Loxley Gold & Phoenix Skellington both at The Baum ran it close though.

Pied Bull Black Bull from the Pied Bulls own micro brewery in Chester was good as well.

Thanks for taking me round the brewery in the cellar guys.

Gertie Sweet New World Pale was also a cracking pint in The Mill Hotel in Chester.

'Bout time I started joining in on this, albeit with a late entry

Buntingford October
Dark Star American Pale Ale
Hobgoblin
Sambrooks Junction
Skinners Heligan Honey
Dark Star Smoked Porter
Fullers Discovery
Fullers Bengal Lancer

Honourable mentions for Buntingford's October and, perhaps surprisingly, Sambrooks Junction, but for me the Dark Star Smoked Porter in the Craft Beer Co. absolutely walked it this week.
