The Shepherd & Flock (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/1293/), 386 Hitchin Road, Luton is the same as The Round Green Tavern (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/61706/). Please add 386 to the latter's address and delete the former.
