You are quite right that it is clearly in Glen Mona, however what I assume was the owner has a point that Glen Mona itself comes under the postal town of Ramsey (according to the IOM post office).

There are a couple of other town/postal town switches we need to do on the IOM so I will appropriately approve and reject the suggestions here once we have sorted those.
