Are the same place.

It probably should be The Parade Bar @ The Regent Hotel.

Hi ROB,

We have corrected the name of The Parade Bar (Regent Hotel) (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/33901/), I think the bracketed hotel is how we normally do that.
