This pub/restaurant (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/43515/) is now called "The Longboat"

The address given is for the Hilton Hotel, "Henry J Beans" (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/58597/)is a Bar & Grill belonging to the hotel and in the same building but it has a separate entrance in Castlegate, not sure if the address should be changed or the name to reflect this. See this (http://www.hilton.co.uk/HiWayWeb/appmanager/portals/hotel?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=hotel_dining_landing&ctyhocn=LBAYOHN)

These ones are really clubs rather than pubs, I don't know if they charge an admission fee but they don't keep pub hours;
BPM (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/54333/)
Bohemia (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/65340/)
Flares (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/43512/)

This pub (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/72163/) is nowhere near York it could be moved to Malton district for now. (The trouble is the huge area coverd by YO post codes).

PS, don't tell Peter Ashworth but there's a new Cafe Rouge in Coney St, which I wont be adding.

Hi oldboots,

We have corrected the name of The Longboat (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/43515/). I think the Henry J Beans listing is probably correct, it sounds like it shares an address, so that will be the mailing address, but has its own door, so the name should be correct.

Not sure what to do about the listed clubs, in the case of Bohemia that looks like it used to be a pub from the picture? So probably better to leave it on rather than confuse by marking it closed. Flares has the web link and the picture could help show it isn't really a bar. With BPM, I do agree it should be deleted, but 3 different photographers seem to think that it is worthy, happy to follow through if you prefer though?

We are highly reliant on the Royal Mail definition of things, and madly enough they think the Stone Trough (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/72163/) is based in the postal town of York.

Sorry probably haven't really corrected those as much as you would like.

Not a problem, it's entirely up to you what you do with any information or suggestions.

I still feel guilty when people take the effort to note down corrections only to have me turn around and ignore them :o
