The Wainwright Inn, Great Langdale, Cumbria, is properly called the Wainwrights' Inn. See website of the Langdale estate, of which this pub is a part: www.langdale.co.uk/dine/wainwrights. Note the meticulously placed apostrophe, a rarity these days. :)
