The George Hotel itself doesn't have a public bar but there is a cocktail bar next door called Octopvs (part of a chain by the looks of it) which is linked to the hotel. It does have a limited selection of bottled and draught beers but is more of a night club/wine/cocktail bar and doesn't sit particularly comfortably alongside the normal PG pubs. I'll let you decide what to do with it but if it you keep it on the site, it should really be as the Octopvs Bar rather than the George!
