New pubs in Hope Valley, Derbyshire

I've added two new pubs in Hope Valley, Derbyshire. You may recall that this postal town is not on the pick list in the new pubs section, so I have put them both in Buxton as a temporary measure. One is in the existing sub-district of Calver, but the other, the Maynard Arms, is in what would be a new sub-district (Grindleford), but as these are on hold at the moment I suggest you put it in Calver too for the time being.
