Most of the Pitcher & Piano bars are listed as such, but I note that some are listed as '(The) Pitcher and Piano'. For ease of reference, it would probably be best for all to be listed under the 'Pitcher & Piano' name which is how this chain styles itself on its signage and promotional material.
