Just to make things clear, I'm making the stuffing not eating it. I wouldn't want to eat it raw, as there's chicken in it.
Most of the things you see are going into the stuffing. Plus some others. I'd say they were secret, but, in reality, I just can't be arsed to go through the whole list. I need to get me some more whisky down. Now the duck is happily roasting.
Two more hours until D-hour.
