I don't know which Shakespeare the pics are of, but it isn't this one, as a quick look at streetview will reveal

Ah, yes. They are rather different, aren't they? I've blocked it from appearing on the pub's front page. I suppose the real challenge is finding the pub the photo belongs too. Any takers?

It appears under the Shakespeare Hotel in Stratford too

This appears to be the correct one, it is the back entrance to the car park off Sheep Street. Both the Welford on Avon pictures (https://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubpictures/37310/) are of the Stratford upon Avon hotel (https://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubpictures/37309/). Schoolboy error by two different people I guess.
