Hello Everyone,

If there are any landlords, or pub regulars out there that feel their pub needs a webpage and would like it for free, then all you need to do is send me some information about the pub with a few photos, and I will set you up with your own site. All free of charge. Sounds too good to be true doesn't it? Well no, because all I ask, is that you allow me to use google adds to generate some income so that the site will pay for itself. The First in Last Out in Whitby, (which serves the best pint of Camerons Strongarm you will ever taste), has a webpage on this basis and has on average 355 visitors per four weeks. www.firstinlastoutpub.co.uk

You can contact me via my main website www.whitby.manymore.net

Bye the way you can advertise on: www.manymoreradio.com/ for a £5 donation to cover costs. :)

Hi Filo,

We have created a new forum for this sort of thing and copied your post there, with a little luck it will give it more visibility.

Conrad

Edit:
ps, Youngie, get over there and sell your stuff as well.

I meant to do it in my post, but you should chuck a link in to show the first in last out website, let me know if you can't edit it and I can go in and turn it into a link if you like.

Sadly I think I will have to opt for a round number if we exclude FILO.

It is hard work to even give things away these days, I hate marketeers (in that nice warm way), but good ones are worth their weight in gold.

Well its not all bad news. Despite having absolutley no one interested in a free webpage. The Filo webpage is taking off nicely. They get around 400 visitors per month, which is a 100% improvement since Anne and Paul took over, and despite The Archivists reservations about John Smiths Extra Smooth joining the main offerings, they are getting new locals in as a result. Also the late season tourists seem to be in there more often drinking the JS's

It is some good news at least, Squire

I will start deleting all my reviews, as clearly i am not cut out for this reviewing lark:p

How people can drink that in front of Strongarm - well, I'll go to the foot of my stairs
