George IV Regency Hotel (https://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/25161/) - CAMRA refers to this as The George IV and the FaceTube page calls it The George IV Regency Pub/Hotel, which I think is more of a description along with the fascia - 'Regency Hotel George IV'.

I think this is really The George IV, which incorporates the Regency Hotel above?
