I had a good look around and couldn't find it. A guy who runs a local guest house said he'd never heard of either a pub or a hotel with that name.
I suspect there's confusion with the Queen Victoria (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/62117/) which is a bit further along Church Walks.
