Duplicate to reject

Accidentally created a duplicate of Malthouse Kitchen as the original was marked as closed (it isn't!).

I've tried to reject it but it still shows on the approve list (presumably because the submitter can't reject their own entry?).

Can someone kill it off please.

Can't kill it off myself, but it's been referred to the Snow White queue.
