Cheers to everyone who took part in the World Cup Beer Sweepstake (http://pencilandspoon.blogspot.com/2010/06/world-cup-beer-sweepstake-big-draw.html) (I know it finished ages ago but I was on holiday, wasn’t I). Over half of people who entered posted something (boo to the others) and there were some fantastic blogs of beer chasing and beer drinking. The winners were Arfur Daley (http://beerbrewer.blogspot.com/2010/07/world-cup-beer-sweepstake-spain.html) and Sam Hill (http://hungerlustblog.blogspot.com/2010/06/world-cup-beer-sweepstake-spain.html) who were the lucky two who drew Spain. Arfur wins a year’s supply of beer from myBrewerytap (http://www.mybrewerytap.com/52-week-beer-club-2.html) with their excellent 52 Week Beer Club and Sam wins three boxes of beer, one from Adnams Brewery (http://adnams.co.uk/), one from Ales By Mail (http://www.alesbymail.com/catalog/) and one from Highland Brewing Company (http://www.highlandbrewingcompany.co.uk/beers/).
