Over an hour - give up.

Got the first 5 inside 10 minutes but now my brain has frozen, I'll come back to it.

No it won't just got it, 10/10 eventually with a bit of prompting, great quiz.

Spent an hour on it now, stuck on 9 & 10.

I was too when I went to bed, but somehow the answer to 10 popped into my head at 5.30 this morning when a blackbird woke me.

And now I've got 9 as well.

That was tough. I do cryptic crosswords quite a bit, so I'm used to having more to go on than "any one of several hundred breweries" and "anything that the brewer fancies for a name for the beer"!

Nice one ape-arrody. Took me a while to get 10. I think 2. was a bit of a cheat though.

I was also tryign to work out the anagram of ape arrody.
