Hi Conrad,
The Tipton Tavern - http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/38791/ - is now called The Comedian. Has been for a while now.
Also the listing for the Hallbridge arms is a duplicate of the same pub. - http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/57294/ - I am not 100% of the order it was renamed. I think it was the Hallbridge then the Tipton and then the Comedian. Perhaps someone else could confirm ??
