Flanagan's Bars in Elgin (?). There's only one! Should be Flanagan's Bar.

See I just thought it was discussing some sort of gymnastics arrangement. We have corrected the name of Flanagan's Bar (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/70113/).
