The Plough Inn (https://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/41855/) Seems to be now called The Plough on the Hill.

To be fair it's on quite a hill but yes why.

I know the pub quite well having driven past it many times on my way to or from Marlborough over the last 40 odd years, IIRC it was the first pub Mr Arkell bought after setting up business in Swinedon, that's why a stupid name change particularly grated on me.
