Bit of a tricky one this. According to the Face Book page, the name is Dr Fosters Liquor Co. According to TripAdvisor, they are known as the Waterfront Bar and Restaurant.

I've gone with Dr Fosters Liquor Co (https://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/74524/) as that's in big letters on the signs, Waterfront Bar & Restaurant looks more of a descriptor looking at Jonathon Wilde's 2017 photos. Thanks for the update.
