Stafford - recommend me

I'm doing an overnighter in Stafford en route to Stockport, staying close to the station. If the trains behave and I make my scheduled connections, I should get just under 2 hours there before time is called in most outlets.

Therefore anyone who is familiar with the town, please recommend me the ones I really must try and do in that time...

both close together near one of the 'spoons and the station.

I haven't been in it but Ye Olde Rose & Crown (https://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/34598/) is a Joules house and should be good. All these are GBG2018 of course.
