I've been to three and relatively recently so I've reviewed them here. St Helens is the one I've not been to. Wigan Central is easily the best of the three IMO. It is officially a micropub but a bit more like a standard pub than some. I've been there three times now but may stay away until the dust settles from this nonsense.

These are the final four, it just happens that the South has missed out this year, although some from North of Watford Gap may regard Lowestoft and Kidderminster as the South.

I'm not and don't, 0/4 but two of the previous 16, south of the Watford Gap of course.

Just the Weavers and Wigan Central for me although I wouldn't call either national POTY material, I preferred the other Weavers pub in Kidderminster anyway.

All except Lowestoft for me - the Cricketers is an excellent pub. Like OB, I preferred the other Weavers in Kidderminster, their cobs were outstanding...
