There isn't a bar called this in the Albert Dock http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/26835/

there is one in Victoria St though see this (http://www.yelp.co.uk/biz/river-bar-and-grill-liverpool) the newest web presence I could find, they don't appear to have their own site.
