Salopian Automaton 7.0%

I'm going for the Torrside West Of The Sun as tried for £3.30 in the excellent Alexandra near Derby station. It's a real hop bomb that would send one of the boring brown beer brigade into an apoplectic rage, If this hypothetical person were also to try the Lime Stout also on sale they would probably need restraining as it tasted heavily of lime and I thought should be added to Beer Hell along with Peanut Butter Mild, Peppermint IPA and all sours.

Kent
Lines Brew Co: Small Beer ‘Cryo Hop’ – LINE AD (Phat Firkin) 3.2%abv.Dry and fruity, but with an extreme level of turbidity. Unsure if this is the right name, as the pump clip was difficult to read, and the website is out of Pseuds' Corner.Enamel raspingly hoppy.Unfined,it tasted fine, but my experience of full mash homebrewing in the 70s and 80s taught me that unfined beer will always fall clear, given time.
Musket:Muzzleloader 4.5%abv: Smoaky dark chestnut best bitter.Steadfast and dependable. My BOTW.

All the pints that I had were in good condition (and I had quite a few :o) ,but a friend of mine tried a brew which had just come on,drinkable but murky and no indication on the pump clip that it was unfined, and hence meant to be like that. From my experience there is always the chance of something dodgy there but outweighed by the possibility of a great pint .

Another quiet week for me, although I did manage to tick a new brewery in Northern Whisper.

North Riding - Cascade Pale.*
Thornbridge - Kipling.*
Thornbridge - Hopton.
Brown Cow - White Dragon.
Oakham - Citra.
Revolutions - Clash Porter.*
Northern Whisper - Blighty.
Slightly Foxed - Flying Fox.

Not seen Kipling on draught for a while, so I'll let it take the honours.

I've had more good experiences there than poor ,by some margin.
