Why so crispy? This was salvaged from the burnt-out wreck Of Barclay Perkins after the fire in 1832.
This is a Porter log. For some reason, the brewhouse name at Barclay Perkins was TT. As you can see, they were early adopters of black malt. That's what the Rd means in that column on the left.
