I think the Marina bar in Little Billing is now called The Quays.Also I think The Willow Tree Bar in Little Billing is actually a club on the Billing Aquadrome caravan site which requires access to the the site,so i dont think it should be listed on pubsgalore.

It's a club on WhatPub but says open to non-members, don't know if that's just when they have entertainment or if there's an entry charge. Left for now.
