Adding pubs

We have now altered the site so that anyone can add pubs, this is probably the most frequently requested thing we have to deal with, so hopefully it will cut down on a lot of users problems. Any registered user adding a pub will have the pub credited to them.

Also we fixed a small error meaning the letter counter on the recommendations wasn't working.
