If anyone grew up or is from North London like me your remember most these. I think I drank in most these during the seventy's & eighty's. Some parts of north London are becoming a drought area. There is a few more Pubs I could Add to that list around north London as well especially along the Hartford road.

My local rag did a list of 50 from East London :-

Funny how the N London list seems to have hardly anything from Camden & Kentish Town. I'm sure there must be loads there (I can think of the Victoria in the Mornington Crescent area that was my Grandfather's local). It's interesting how a few off this list were JDWs.

Yep, I remember a lot of these and have drunk in all the ones mentioned for Barnet , Enfield and Edmonton..
Very true that swathes of Edmonton are now almost dry, especially the Hertford Road..
However to be fair , some of those mentioned were not really a loss to humanity and there was much rejoicing in the local Cop Shop when Rifles and The Ordnance closed along Ordnance Road
