They have taken over what was the Anchor Tap at 16, East Street in Horsham. This was a pretty basic K&B house that closed years ago (if I had to guess I would say the early eighties). More recently it's been some sort of restaurant. There is no opening date yet but they are saying early 2016. They are also said to have a site in Hayward's Heath. The long term plan is to have an estate of some 20 pubs. Let's hope it doesn't go the way of other brewers that have expanded into the pub market and come a cropper.
