One of the July 2007 pictures for this pub is, rather obviously, actually the famous Hackney Empire!

I think that is deliberate, presumably that is the view from the pub (or just outside). There are a few like that scattered around the site where there are items of interest visible from the pub John will frequently add them to the pub, there have been some particularly good ones of ornate village signs.

I tend to think it is fair game, presumable the proximity to the Empire is one of the pubs selling points. If you think it is wrong probably best to raise it in the Suggestions Box forum where more people can see it and we can get more opinion.

Well, not quite, but I will raise it on the Suggestions Forum as you suggest.
