The Fountain (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/16877/) was indeed known as The Fountain and Railway Hotel between about 2009 and 2012. It has reverted back to the original name and the 'railway' signage has been removed. Sadly I do not have any pics which show the latter.
