I'm going for the Brodie's Jamaican Stout and the rum barrel aged one just shades it.
It's now £2.75 at the King William IV in Leyton after yet another price increase despite the consecutive duty reductions.

A small but well formed list:

Adnams Ghost Ship*
Brancaster Oystercatcher*
Hop Back Summer Lightening
Oakham Bishops Farewell*

The Ghost Ship was better than I remembered but BOTW goes to Brancaster Oystercatcher. Locally brewed with local ingredients by local people. They do allow visitors to drink it though which is good news as at 4.4%, balanced and refreshing it's very quaffable and sails through the 3 pint test.

Fyne Yakhop, a 3.8% light wheat beer. Tried in New Brew-M (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/83033/) in Burnley.

I'm not usually a big fan of wheat beers, but this one was excellent. Probably because it didn't taste that wheaty. :p
