The four I know of are:

Cervecería Alemana - Plaza Santa Ana, 6 / Madrid, 28012 www.cerveceriaalemana.com/main/en

La Fábrica - chain of four 'biermuseum' bars in Madrid www.lafabricamuseodelacerveza.es

Naturbier (brewpub) - Plaza Santa Ana 9 / Madrid, 28012 www.naturbier.com

Oldenburg Cervecería - Calle Hartzenbusch, 12 / Madrid, 28010 www.oldenburgcerveceria.es

There was a fifth, a brewpub called Magister but I think that's closed.

Yeah, the Santa Ana area is pretty good for tapas crawling. Don't forget Spanish time, which seems to run about two hours later than the clock, a lot of non-tourist places will pack up by 4PM and won't come back to life until 7 or 8 PM. And the Spanish can do hipster nonsense as well as anywhere in Shoreditch or Hoxton.
