This establishment has reopened under the name Turtle Bay - part of the chain of Caribbean restaurants.

Is it a restaurant or can you go in and buy just a drink, that's the question?

I've noticed that there have been two other Turtle Bays submitted recently. The restaurant mentioned by bcfzuluarmy in his thread, has the same logo so I'm assuming the policy for drinks is the same.
