Not trying to be difficult OB but I can't see where you have got the bar bit from on the signage, I can see White Heath and then the rest of the sign is missing, but the hanging sign on the left hand side of the building as we look at it, clearly(well sort of) says The Heather Inn when you zoom in. I am pretty sure we can assume it is closed despite the location.
