I think I've sorted out what is occuring here
we had 51690 as the Heather Inn 56a Main St, Fauldhouse, Bathgate, EH47 9BQ, it doesn't look like this was ever a pub but it does appear as an entry on a dodgy pub listing site.
We have 51691 The Heatherbell Inn, 61 Main St, Fauldhouse, Bategate, EH47 9HY, these details seem to be correct.
Wayne Route gives an address of Hillside Place, Longridge, Bategate, EH47 8AN for the Heather Inn, this postcode has a decrepit bar called the White Heather Bar according to the remaining signage on Google earth.
So I've changed 51690 to the White Heather Bar and moved the map point. I've left it as open but I suspect it's shut although round those parts you can't tell by appearances.
