This (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/10067/) place has no references on Trip Advisor and looking at the propery on Google Streets, there is no visible signage.
According to this (http://www.swanage.gov.uk/UserFiles/File/archive/pdf/meetings/minutes_-_pandr_-15_mar_2004.pdf) Swanage Council PDF file it was granted a licence for JUST Residential and Restaurant use in 2004. There are links online for Eversden Private Hotel. I've no idea what a Private Hotel is!
Looking at Zoopla it would appear to have been converted to flats.
