The Hand in Hand (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/27701/) in Pinner has long been mostly a Prezzo with a small wine bar called Vintage Wine Bar. The 2010 pictures actually show the Vintage signage,
The wine bar appears to be open for just a drink so I assume the pub should be renamed to Vintage Wine Bar.

The Crown (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/35996/) in Mitcham was reopened by PubSignMan. It would appear to be the Casuarina Tree B&B and restaurant rather than a pub despite the fact that the original signage is all still there. This is a tricky one and I'm really not sure what the best course of action should be.

It rather looks like Prezzo is in part of the building (no 38 High St) and Vintage is in the other (no 36a High St), so I think the Hand in Hand should be renamed Vintage Wine Bar with the address corrected and we forget about Prezzo. Acutally looking at the photos it's two different buildings that were joined at some stage and now are split again.

I think Rex's advice about the Crown in the next post is how we should play it.
