Back Inn Time Restaurant?

This (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/65402/) place describes itself as a "restaurant / diner". Their Trip Advisor page quotes prices of £20-£26. Should it be marked as closed for change of use??

Again in Chelmsford, this (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/67805/) place looks like a Nepalese restaurant to me.
