The Beau Nash (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/53115/) acts as the bar for the Royal Wells Hotel (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/73583/). Therefore the Royal Wells Hotel entry can be deleted.

"A perfect blend of Victorian elegance and modern comfort and luxury, our individually designed rooms offer a calm haven after a busy day, whilst Chalybeate Restaurant and Beau Nash pub provide an extensive range of eating and drinking options." (http://royalwells.co.uk/)

Sorry I got carried away and added some more closed pubs below.

The Flying Dutchman (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/53082/) in Tunbridge Wells is closed and has been sold (http://www.rightmove.co.uk/commercial-property-for-sale/property-27946890.html). The outside renovation of the pub visible on Streetview makes it look as though this pub is to be turned into a residential property.
