Now I am thoroughly depressed I may pop to Greene King...sorry...Whetherspoons.
It really is a breaking news day today. I am just hearing on Radio 4 (Today Programme) that Shakespeare's mum (http://news.bbc.co.uk/today/hi/today/newsid_8598000/8598291.stm) may turn out to have been French meaning that the French may be able to claim some of the credit for the great bard himself!

Just had a look at a few online newspapers. The trouble is the world has become such a crazy place you are likely to believe anything and find it difficult to top what happens in real life. So today I will disbelieve anthing that happens. That includes those letters in the post demanding money with future credit menaces, and offers ,in my email , from young ladies wishing to make my aquaintance. Sorry girls but life is just to hectic at the moment.
Not falling for that one on a day like today!!!!

I think todays date is the answer to this one.
One could say it is the latest measure to get folk off the dole if every pub has to employ a card checking doorman.
Your not meant to give it away so early in the day!

This one was forwarded on to a girl here at work who talks about her dog a lot. We left it a short while then asked her if she'd read the link. Thrilled to bits she said she'd forwarded it home and was going to have a try out later!!

Yes I see one of a group of builders doing this in the caf today and thought it was normal Sun readers behaviour till I over heard one of his mates taking the pi55 about the lick & taste page. :)

I’m surprised no-one has mentioned the new Amber Stout that Fosters are about to launch (http://www.morningadvertiser.co.uk/news.ma/ViewArticle?R=86549&utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+ma-rss-general-news+%28General+News+Rss+news+feed+for+Morning+Adv ertiser%29), that must have been be an April Fool. The Article claims that Fosters drinkers are more adventurous than other lager drinkers and that bar staff will be putting the shape of a boomerang into the head of the beer just like the Guinness shamrock.

“The product is founded on detailed research which confirmed that Foster’s drinkers are more adventurous than other (lager) drinkers."
Classic! thanks Millay.
